About us Chances Hardware & Lumber started in November of 2005, purchasing the former Bob's True Value Hardware and Lumber in the very busy town of Mass City, Michigan. In 2006 we opened the Bluff Bunkhouse. It is a fun way for us to meet new people and stay busy in the off season. We groom the trail weekly and love to meet new folks that come and stay with us. From the beginning, The Wiesen family has made it their goal to have what you need, at a price that is competitive in a friendly atmosphere. Kandice is our local paint expert and incorporates her experience with one of the "big box" lumber retailers into the flavor of our small town store. Service and fair prices are cornerstones of her philosophy. While Matt and Kandice came from below the bridge, the Wiesen family roots go back more than a century to Matt's great grandfather in Rockland. |
